Application
Applications are available in the entryway to our office (open 24 hours). Applications are reviewed for eligibility (based on ID, citizenship, and income) and suitability (rental history, utility verifications, background check and housing affordability). Completed applications can be put into the mail slot in the office entry door and/or scanned to the Executive Director, Kara Lynn Gray, at kara.ostrowski@cheboyganhousing.org
The Housing Commission maintains a waiting list, and processes applications in the order that they are received. Only applications with complete information and all verifications will be accepted.
