Applications are reviewed for eligibility (based on ID, citizenship, and income) and suitability (rental history, utility verifications, background check and housing affordability). The Housing Commission maintains a waiting list, and processes applications in the order that they are received. Only applications with complete information and all verifications will be accepted.
