Cheboygan Housing Commission has notified Ethos Development Partners Inc. of Detroit, Michigan of selection as our partner to achieve public housing repositioning and redevelopment through Section 18 disposition to redevelop its properties through competitive application for Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The partnership agreement is pending until a memorandum of understanding (MOU) is complete.
